We bake every order with care, and we want your delivery experience to be just as smooth.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery directly with the carrier.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and reflect the most accurate delivery information available.
You may also check your delivery status directly on the official USPS website:

Track your package on USPS
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows Delivered and something doesn’t seem right, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the details promptly.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review.
Claims Review
All delivery-related claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We may request additional information to better understand and verify the issue.
Missing Items
For claims involving missing items, an unboxing video showing:
-
the package unopened and sealed, and
-
the full opening process in one continuous recording
is required to properly review the claim.
Damaged Items
For claims involving damage, we may request:
-
clear photos of the product and packaging, and
-
additional information when a video is not available,
As long as the claim is reported within the claim window.
