Fruit & Flavor products are baked fresh and shipped with care. However, weather conditions during transit are outside of our control.

Warm Weather Conditions

Warm temperatures may affect the appearance or texture of baked goods during shipping, especially products containing chocolate.

Changes caused by heat or weather may include:

• melting or softening

• changes in shape or texture

These changes do not affect product safety or quality and are not considered defects.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Fruit & Flavor is not responsible for delays or conditions caused by weather, carrier handling, or environmental factors during transit.

For this reason, appearance changes caused by heat or weather are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
