Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, food items are not eligible for return.

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If there is an issue caused by damage, missing items, or an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis after evaluation of the information provided.

Eligibility for Review

Approved refunds or replacements may be issued when:

  • an item is damaged during transit

  • an item is missing from the order

  • the incorrect item was sent

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are not issued for:

  • claims submitted outside the claim window

  • issues without reasonable supporting documentation

  • personal taste preferences

  • normal variations in handmade products

How to Request a Review

To request a review, please contact us with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • supporting photos or video, when applicable

We will review your request carefully and respond as quickly as possible.
